Who We're Looking For
We welcome experienced nurses and those newer to home care alike. Here’s what we look for in every candidate:
Active RN, LPN, or CNA License
Valid New Jersey state nursing license in good standing required
Compassionate Patient Care Skills
Genuine empathy and dedication to patient wellbeing
Reliable Transportation
Ability to travel to patient homes across assigned NJ region
Strong Communication Skills
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
Home Care Experience (Optional)
Prior experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full clinical orientation
Clinical Competency
Demonstrated ability to perform clinical skills appropriate to licensure level
